connikins - a piece of art in your house.
I don't have any art in my house. We've been meaning to sell the house for ages so I don't want to put any holes in the walls. This frame sits in front of our TV and I received it as a Secret Santa gift at work. I got one of the little girls whose mum works with me to draw me some flowers to go in the frame, just to amuse her, but I ended up liking it so much I kept it.



futureperfect - my front door.
The first picture is my front door. We are renovating and the old style door doesn't suit the house, so the second picture is going to be my new front door once I work out what colour I want it. It's been sitting in my living room for months. The black things are novelty facial hair that Adam took off his face and stuck there and no one can be bothered removing it.


girlambrosia - my favourite lipstick
I don't use lipstick but this is my second pot of Inglot's lip duo #21.


icarusinwax - my favourite chill spot
Umm, chill? What does that mean? hahaha since I had Liam, I have been contained a lot to my living room couch. Feeding Liam, holding him while he's sleeping, watching TV, being on my laptop. See my mess accumulate on the arm there?

Haven't done the dishes. Have no idea where to put Adam's alcohol dispenser thing. Is the top of the microwave the spot things go to die for everyone, or just me?



yuri_x_chan - Liam's nursery
Liam's room is absolutely tiny. He has a dinosaur quilt that he sleeps on top of. All his dinosaur soft toys are actually Adam's from when he was a kid. Vinyl sticker tree is the same as the one on our wedding invites.
The other picture is the other side of the room - nursing couch and change table.

These were great! I love that tree in Liam's room, it looks great.
I totally laughed about all the stuff piled on the arm of the couch, because we got a side table to go next to the couch just to hold all of the stuff I used to pile up there!

We had to move our coffee tables to make room for Liam's playmat, so I have been using the arm instead.

You can get some really awesome decals of just about anything. I really want a bird cage one. I've seen a teen girl's room who had a giant splash of pink nailpolish across one wall, it looked great.

The figurine on the left? That's a Willow Tree - my cousin is the designer/owner of them. Several of them are based on our family members. This one was based on a picture of me with my first dog! (http://willowtree.info/product/true-keepsake-box)
