Mar. 2nd, 2009 03:54 pmWhy do ALL radio stations think that I want to hear inane annoying talk in the morning? I just want to mellow out to music on my commute.
At the petrol station near my parents' house there was a guy who worked there who was there EVERY TIME I filled up my car. No matter if it was early in the morning before uni, or late on Saturday night before a party, he'd be there. He was really friendly and always asked how I was and what was happening.
Well, last night I was filling up my petrol near my new house with Adam (all of 30 minutes away) AND HE WAS THERE!! And he was so happy to see me and wondered what the hell I was doing in Frankston. Apparently he got himself a managers position! Made my night.
Uni starts full time next week for me and my current job is being really cool and allowing me to stay on as a casual, to just wander in whenever I want, sit down at an empty desk and work. :) So I shouldn't have any money troubles this year. kyuuketsukirui has been really inspirational with paying off her debts! I hate that we have debts because our mortgage repayments are so low right now because interest rates are low and I so would have loved to really start pumping money into that.
It's my widdle brother's first day at uni today. ;___; He's so grown up now.
