I had no idea that the reason why I've never seen a hamster in Australia was because they were banned.

It's Autumn here now which is basically the start of Tina-Tries-To-Find-A-Pair-of-Winter-Boots season. It's been 6 years. I've yet to find a pair that I've liked. This year the fashion seems to be the Pixie Boot. However, if you're short and stumpy like I am, it makes you look more like a gnome than a pixie. Boo.

Saw Borat for the first time at the Moonlight Cinema last night. Did not get attacked by mosquitoes or the fruit bats at the Botanic Gardens, amazingly. Was very nice. (nahss?)

Young & Restless + Mint Chicks playing at Click Click tomorrow night. It's 90s pop night at Click Click next Saturday. I hate Click Click. They give you a free drink if you wear fluoro. That's what kind of scene it is, gah. They're all really young and why are my friends going? I vote we pull out all my old 90s CDs and dance at my house.

Scene last night at tutoring:

8th grade boy: Tina, I hate homework.
Tina: Well to be honest, I've never known anyone who likes it.
8th grade boy: Emos like it.
Tina: Why would they like it?
8th grade boy: Because of the intense suffering it brings.

I have a lot of chocolate. Now I just need a bit of swiss cheese and all will be perfect.

I'm not *that* weird.

I knew there was a reason why I stayed home this Friday Night, while everyone else is out having a good time.

(he also takes a shower, rolls around on a bed half naked, writhes on a dirty floor in nothing but jeans, swims for a bit, but hey, it's an Idol DVD, did you expect anything else.. after all the others, I'm immune to the strangeness, and well, Shindou is hot.) He also, umm pretends to be a gay hairdresser, but that's not worse than Cooking With Shirota or KENN The Blackface. Or whatever it was that Kenken did. TANGO! IN A SUIT. OMFG. *whimpers*

In other 'really, I'm not strange!' news, I got a little upset when I saw Panic! at the Disco got the award for Worst Band at the NME awards. They don't deserve that. Think about Hinder! Nickelback!

Also, I like the new Fall Out Boy song.
