I swear, being a mother is all about having complete control over your child and their presence with you 100% while they are in the womb, then slowly letting go, bit by bit until they leave you.

It sucks.

Your kids are too young to be worrying about that yet! Just smush the crap out of them and live in the moment!

I'm breaking out in a cold sweat just thinking about sending him to daycare once a week, even though he's going to LOOOOOOVE it and get so much out of it!

LOL Awww. Just think, no matter what, he's still YOURS. Forever and ever.

I wait like half the day for bed time so I can get some rest, then after he's been in bed a couple of hours, sometimes I go in and stare at him a bit because I missed him :\

lol it's weird.

Yeah, I get it. Well, I'm not a mom, so I don't GET it, but I kinda feel that way about my cat. LOL

I know what you mean! Some times I wish they would hurry up and grow up and move out so I can sit on the couch without having to change a nappy, get someone a drink, do washing etc. But most of the time I wish time would slow down because one day they will grow up and move out and I won't have them any more :(

Boy, you explained it perfectly! It does suck, but the joy is worth it. I just let my oldest go off riding his bike without me and that was terrifying. But he came back safe and sound and whew.
