I just woke up after having a dream where Toby died due to my neglect and stupidity. It was traumatising. Great start to my unfrazzled week.

Surely it's only up from here!

eta: okay I feel better now. If I get time today, I might make a Why You Should Be Watching Spartacus post, because it's lack of attention is surely one of my life's greatest sadnesses.

Beyonce etc

How the hell does the line 'If you like then you should have put a ring on it' actually sound like female empowerment when it's sung by Beyonce? I've always hated the lyrics to that song, but damn it if she didn't make me believe 'who run the world? GIRLS' for 15 minutes on today's half time show. I love that her band is made up of women.

I'm currently uploading a hi res video of the Beyonce half time show for my friend who missed it, on Rapidshare. I'll update the post with the link when I'm done.

In more personal news - I've cleaned up a lot of my house today, in preparation for this weekend's Lunar New Year. I cooked a hot lunch for Liam so I'm a lot less crabby because I ate properly. I also think that Liam might have been teething? Which is why he has been such a terror - he's fine today.

I took a photo of Toby today, watching the Superbowl. He's 10 weeks. I also have a photo of Liam from Superbowl 2011, he was almost 11 weeks then.
