(no subject)

I'm a third of the way through Game of Thrones (the book).

So tell me, does any one have a nice time or have good things come their way at all, or is it all EVERYTHING IS GOING TO HELL AND WINTER IS COMING all the time?

I have never read a book with so little laughter or people having a good time.

I'm enjoying it, but I really don't like reading about people going through shit just before bed, you know?
